Since we will have no brick and mortar store, and therefore no physicall selling location, is it legal/possible for me to register my business in a state (like Nevada or Wyoming) that doesn't have sales tax? Are there any other forms/legal issues I need to be aware of? Do I need an EIN, or a federal identification number? I have looked everywhere and there seems to be a lack of information and/or clarity of information regarding starting your own small e-commerce business. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
