Need advice on small lawfirm cloud backup solution?

I recently started working as an IT admin for a small lawfirm in town. My next goal is to backup documents, a SQL database, and entire system backups (running Server 2008 R2).

The redundancy I have currently is RAID 1 setup for the OS, and RAID 5 for documents, shared files, and SQL database (used to run Time Matters software).

The goal is to have server backups automatically to the cloud:

1 – Should I setup another RAID, backup incrementally, and then have that file backup to the cloud (i.e. iDrive, Amazon S3, etc)?

2 – When running through the backuo wizard, I see that I can set to backup to a remote location. Would there be a way to bi-pass setting up another RAID and just backup up directly to a cloud?

Which online storage solution do you recommend (150 GB worth of data)?

I think there are a lot of great services out there. One in particular that could help you out would be mozy. They have some pretty good deals too. You should take a look. Good luck.
