Dedicated Web Hosting to Suite Your Business Needs
Companies or organizations that are looking for the most dependable web hosting solution for their mission critical operations, A dedicated web hosting or managed web hosting is a form of internet hosting, wherein the client leases the entire server that is not shared with anyone. It is more flexible as compared to shared web hosting. Dedicated hosting will give them what they need. Dedicated hosting isn’t the right solution for everyone, and does have some drawbacks, but it has many more advantages than shared web hosting.
When a customer purchases shared web hosting they are on the same web server as hundreds and sometimes thousands of other websites. The hosting company also provides server administration in the form of add on service When looking at hosting packages there are two major areas you should be concerned with managed or unmanaged servers and hardware configurations. A dedicated server would offer larger return on investment and less overhead. When you start using dedicated web hosting your website will be the only website on that server. Dependability is the number one reason people choose to go with a dedicated web hosting solution.
With an unmanaged server the customer is responsible for software, security and other maintenance. Often, dedicated servers are housed in data centers similar to the HVAC systems and collocation facilities. Selecting an unmanaged server can often save you quite a bit of money over the year. You want to make sure you allow for future growth, but you don’t want to overpay for resources you are never going to use.
However unless you or someone on your staff is experienced with maintaining a server this is usually not a good idea, and will cost you and money down the line. The operating systems offered on dedicated servers are determined by employee familiarity, price and availability. Dedicated hosting packages allow you to have multiple websites on one server; at no extra charge to the customer, variations of Linux are often included.
The next thing you have to consider is hardware for the machine, what size disks you will need, how fast your processor has to be, how much bandwidth you need and so on. An additional license fees are required by Microsoft on all the products, thereby increasing the monthly expenditures of the dedicated server, which runs the Windows Operating System. When making these decisions plan for where you are today and where you plan to be in 18 to 24 months from now.

Safe And Stress-free Shopping! Building Customer Trust
As more and more merchants move online, it becomes an increasing challenge to stand out from the pack. While price may influence a shopper’s choice, it’s usually not the deciding factor: most buyers would prefer to pay a bit more for an item they feel safe buying, than to spend less and worry they’re throwing their money away.
That’s why, as an online retailer, creating a safe and stress-free environment for your shoppers should be a top priority. With internet scams and identity fraud to worry about, most online buyers turn to merchants they recognize and trust. If customers don’t feel secure spending their money with you, they’ll move on to another auction or website where they do feel comfortable.
Suspicious Minds
According to Steve Woda, of http://BuySafe.com, “About fifty percent of people who surf online don’t buy online, and the number one reason is because they don’t trust something about the transaction-the merchant, the process, the payment method. Whatever it is, it’s always about trust.” There are numerous steps you can take to convey credibility to buyers and build their confidence in you:
? Professional Image. Your website or auction listing’s appearance creates a strong impression before customers read a single word. Make sure the message you’re sending is the one you want to be sending. Sloppy errors and misspelled words signal customers they aren’t dealing with a serious businessperson.
? Build Your Ratings. Your merchant ratings and feedback ratings go a long way towards assuring shoppers that, should they purchase from you, their products will arrive and be in good condition.
? Good Customer Service. Promptly returned phone calls and email inquiries, and thorough, courteous communications demonstrate to buyers that you’re a genuine, reliable merchant who will provide them good service.
? Third-party Solutions. This is one of the strongest signals you can send that your business is legitimate and trustworthy.
o Seals from companies like the Better Business Bureau, SquareTrade, and BuySafe tell customers your business has passed inspection and been approved by trusted third parties. BuySafe will even guarantee your transactions, so your buyers can shop risk-free.
o Verisign and GeoTrust SSL certificates let your buyers know their personal information is encrypted. Other third-party solutions are available, like HackerSafe which scans your site for vulnerabilities, and TRUSTe which examines your privacy policies. Making PayPal available as a payment option also tells buyers you’ve been through a very thorough verification process.
There’s more than enough data to prove that employing any of these solutions can significantly increase your conversion rate. When buyers trust you, they’re much quicker to spend money with you. Says Woda, “I do recommend merchants… deal with buyer uncertainties by leveraging as many of these things as they possibly can. It’s all about distinguishing [yourself] as professional, legitimate, and credible.”

Remote backup suggestions?
I recently suffered the pain of an external 250 GB hard drive crash. So I am looking into investing in remote backups.
carbonite.com and mozy.com both look like great value, but they both require users to install their own proprietary software. I’m not really comfortable with that and of course they only support a limited number of platforms.
Are there any remote backup solutions out there like carbonite / mozy that don’t require you to use their software?
So you want online backups, but don’t want it stored in a proprietary format. You may want to look at CloudBerry Backup.
CloudBerry Online Backup provides a powerful Backup and Restore program designed to leverage Amazon S3 storage to make your disaster recovery plan simple, reliable, and affordable.
Jungle Disk is another backup solution that saves the data to Amazon S3 – but watch for the encryption settings. If it’s encrypted with a program, that program will probably have to be used to decrypt it.

What do you think of this?
This is my story:
The lake glistened under the midmorning sun. The sand felt warm and soothing under her feet. The sun burned her skin as if she was in a life-size oven. The waves crashed againest her toes like miniature earthquakes. The water felt cold and she could swear that there was a chunk of ice in the water. As she soaked her feet in the ice cold lake water she looked up at the clouds and bega to cry. Cry because what he had done to her, cry because of the harsh memories, cry because she felt misunderstood and unloved and cried because her heart was broken. It sometimes felt to her as if she was trapped on an emotional rollercoaster that would never let her go. As the heat attacked her body mercicously she decided to make her way up the sandy hill. As she headed up the hill she broke down and a sharp rock attacked her knee. She began to cry as she could feel her body shake and her knee began to pulsate. She didnt cry because of the gash in her knee, she cried because she was dying inside. Life was to stressful and overbearing. She just couldnt take it anymore…
The next morning she woke up to the sweet smell of her mother’s chocolate and rasin pancakes. It woke her up nicely but as she got up she tripped over a shirt that she was to lazy to put away she cussed lightly and died a little more inside. As she made her way over to the table she wasnt surprised to see everyone at the table already munching on mom’s specially made pancakes. She was lucky if she ever got a crumb of one. Luckily her mother had saved two small ones and some small sausages.
" Goodmorning Honey!" her mothersaid mother said in that sweet as honey tone of voice while she flopped around in one of those spring dresses that made her look like a fruity martini.
" Ehh" she groaned as she headed over to the refridgeorator to grab their last gallon of milk
"Here Honey." her mother said as she plopped down the food in front of her almost making the food fly into the air.
"Mhmm" she answered back as she started slowly nibbling on the pancakes her mother had set in front of her.
She started to get tired as Kate drolled on about this amazing purse that had kittens on it that she had saw last time her, her sister and her sister’s best friend Amanda took her to the mall. She sighed and disposed of her not even half eaten pancakes into the waste bucket.
" Is there something wrong, Emily?"her mother asked while trying to make some coffee for herself and Robert
"Here Honey." she called, her eyes twinkling as she handed Robert a burning hot cup of morning coffee.
"Mhmm." Robert mumbled from behind the sports section of his favorite newspaper. " You know baseball is the most played and liked sport"
"Mhmm" her mother called back " Emily why doesnt your father every listen to me?"
Emily shrugged and tried to head her way upstairs. " Im not sure Lily." she called from half way up the stairs. She had a habit of calling her parents by their first names.
Up in her roomshe store apart all of her clothing storage bins for her favorite pair of ripped black skinny jeans.
"MOM!" she screamed so loudly it almost shook the entire house.
"What!" her mother answered back.
"Why cant I find my favorite pair of black skinny jeans?!"
"Honey check the laundry basket downstairs!"
Emily sighed and headed down to the laundry room. She headed down the creaky wooden stairs to find her black skinny jeans in one of her mothers millions of laundry baskets. She searched and searched until finally she got so upset she threw a pair of jeans across to the back wall. A clank noise resumed after the jeans hit the wall. Emily quickly ran over to see what had caused the clank noise. To her surprise she discovered a locket not far from where she had thrown the jeans. It was a long silver chain with a large sized silver heart in the middle. It had a crack in the middle as if to look like a broken heart but she assumed it ad cracked from the fall.
"Cool!"
She headed up the stairs with the locket in her hands.
" I found them." Lily stated as she slapped the jeans into her hands.
" Good now after i get changed can i please leave?!"
"Fine" her mother answered as she took away the breakfast dishes only to end up spiling syrup and pancake crumbs half way across the floor.
Emily had left moments before her mother had sworn so loud that a bird flew out of a nearby tree. She quickly ran across the street so she could ignore her mothers screaming plee for her father to get off his butt to go into the closet so he could get a mop.
As she headed down the sidewalk walking to the nearest park so she could get a second from her screaming mother, lazy father and constantly talking sister.
She sighed and went to swing on the horribly painted swings. One swing st
It’s so boring.
All that detail, but not a story in sight.

can’t secure certificate of eligibility prior to close + va loan?
My broker waited till the last minute to get on ACE to obtain my certificate of eligibility through the VA. My new home closes in two days and he wants to delay the close by two weeks.
I read somewhere online that a VA loan can still be processed without the certificate. Does anyone have experience with this?
My information wasn’t available through ACE. My mortgage broker has to request it manually.
I know….I know. When we went with this builder, we agreed to use one of their lenders. If we couldn’t get approved through them then we could utilize our own.
Prior to the pre-approval I told the mortgage broker that I was going VA. He sent the pre-approval to the builder FHA. I rejected it, delaying the ground breaking for another two weeks until the new pre-approval for VA arrived.
I sent him a copy of my DD-214 immediately after the pre-approval because I knew he would need it. One week before the scheduled close he calls me to come down to his office to sign the VA forms, which rightfully we should have been doing at least two months prior to close. He didn’t even call. He sent an email to myself and CC’d the builder that he needed to manually get the certificate and would need to delay the close.
The builder is not happy at all as this broker was trying to be their "preferred lender".
He’s very unorganized. He had Rubbermaid tubes in his office Vs. filing cabinets. ![]()
what’s really odd about that is most lenders will not even underwrite a file without the COE so why did your broker wait so long to get your file submitted?
Edit: If he is going to delay things you may want to start the process with a different broker/lender. There is no reason to reward this guys incompetence by staying with him.

Once you know the value, you can list any of the free classifieds sites in new zealand. i have noticed http://myclassifieds.co.nz has seperate section for sale of domain names and websites. you can try that as well.
